In an entertaining game, Dartford twice led and Corby managed to equalise twice to share the points.

The Darts started brightly and in the opening ten minutes saw two penalty appeals turned down by the referee, firstly Chris Arnold appeared to have been brought down and secondly when Luke Morrish appeared to be pushed following a corner. However, they did take the lead after 18 minutes when Morrish played a long hopeful ball into the Corby area and Glenn McTaggart was quickest to react to stab the ball home from 15 yards out.

After 28 minutes, Arnold played in Shane Holbrook, who outpaced two defenders but his shot flew across the face of the goal.

The visitors' best effort of the half came after 35 minutes when a corner from Danum Russell fell to Ashley Warner but he too shot across the face of the goal. With four minutes of the half remaining, Lee Jones shot wide following a good move involving Tom Adlington and Arnold.

In the second half, Corby came at Dartford more and could have equalised after
